Can't finalize disc on the DCR-DVD106?

Hm, this is a problem. I've had the same issues with dvd's before. Typically this means that something went wrong with the recording process and the recording has errors. In the case of a disc not being finalized it means other devices won't be able to read it, but if the device that finalizes it doesn't recognize it either, then it's very likely the data is corrupted and unreadable. There's a very small chance that it's a scratch or something causing it, in which case a disc buffer would help, or maybe it would try to use the disc on another device identical to the one you have... however, as someone who has encountered this problem before I don't think there is any solution. I'm sorry. :(
