How can I transfer moves from tape to computer with a Sony DCR-TRV480 Camera?

I have a Sony DCR-TRV480 that can record on tape or "memory stick." I've recently recorded an event on tape when i thought I was recording on the "stick." How can I transfer from the tape to my computer? My OS is Windows Basic!
